The Founder
Of
T.D.G Logistics
From humble beginings to creating an empire . Neville is a passionate transporter with vast knowledge and 40 years of experience in the transport sector.
His diligence and professional conduct has earned him the respect amongst his peers, and given him the rise and force to be reckoned with in the transport and logistics industry as a whole.
Building his career from working his way from the wash bays up to managing director at wardens cartage. There after paving his road to success by co founding TDG LOGISTICS.
He has earned the respect in the transport and business sector for his ethics and ‘ HIS WORD’ . His career is not only backed by his vast knowledge and experience but a diploma in Transport & Logistics. His strong sense of family and community is admired by many.
How We Started
We stablished ourselves in 2005, TDG Logistics has grown from a few trucks to a fleet of over 30 horses, trailers and bakkies. With an employee base of 70 employees, TDG Logistics has been providing customers, local and abroad, unsurpassed service levels with hands on attention from the Directors and Shareholders. TDG has offices and run Warehousing operations in Durban and Johannesburg. TDG also have an ABVA rated B-BBEE level1 certificate procurement recognition 135% helps us and our local clients to comply with the BEE procurement requirement.
Empowerment
Empowering our snr drivers to establish themselves in business and the transport industry by implementing a ” driver to owner ” and mentoring project, that allows the driver to eventually own the vehicle they drive.

Site Establishment
- Site yard preparation for the purposes of offloading pipes and various goods.
- Secure established site yards through fencing and private security against theft, and for the purposes of controlled access.
- Facilitate the installation of required services on site, water, ablution facility an guard house for the security of the site.
Skills Development
Here at TDG Logistics we believe in enriching and up skilling our staff. From first aid training , Hazchem driver training, fire fighting training , forklift training and code 14 driver experience assistance.
Community
We have a strong sense of giving back and aiding the community in every way we can. Freely offering our services and donating to the 2021 kzn looting and flood victims. The oliver house and garden of life receive a monthly donation as well as the gvts temple society in their projects and temple assistance.
Vision
Southern Africa is blessed with rich natural resources. There is a huge demand for these resources both local and international. This has and will continue to create opportunities in the Mining, Forestry and Agriculture sectors of the economies in the region. For these industries to manage their operations profitably, they need robust, reliable, and tested shipping companies. With more than 15 years in the business, TDG LOGISTICS wishes to be part of this opportunity as a preferred transport and logistics service provider in Southern Africa. Currently, TDG has footprints in Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, DRC, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Mozambique.
